If you decide to join our mailing list then your email address will not be passed onto any third party or company and you will not receive any junk mail or e-mail because of joining our mailing list. To make sure we offer a good quality service, we may monitor and/or record any communication you have with us, whether in writing, by phone or by electronic mail. E-mail is not encrypted to or from either the public or private areas of this website. We suggest that you do not send Personal Information via e-mail. We ask everyone when creating an account if they would like to join our mailing list. This list is used to tell you about our offers, promotions, updates, news, etc. If you have not ticked the consent box you will not be entered to the mailing list. If you do consent, you can unsubscribe at anytime you wish by sending an e-mail with the word ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject header.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Readings/sessions, healings and other services are delivered within seven business days from the date of booking from when the full required information is completely received. Failure to do so will likely delay receipt of your order. Depending on my work schedule this delivery can sometimes be sooner, but this is an exception rather than a rule and you should allow for the full time indicated. Please also allow for overseas time differences which may affect completion. If there are any differences to the above completion times, it will be specified alongside that particular item. Time zones and holiday periods for most countries can be found on Google.
