Its hard not to notice changes in the web as people learn to social network. Suppose its bested viewed as a work in progress. But at its heart and rather disturbing is in how some NetCitizens seem to blindly trust certain portals of perceived authority by the virtue of their name and perception of largeness of presents upon the net. Some of which is certainly good, well deserved, and healthy… On the other hand a potent and persisting problem of human nature. That has, over historical time, resulted in some of civilizations greatest tragic mistakes. “I was only following orders!” was not a defense at Nuremburg nor should it be accepted as part of the present policy mistakes by Wall Street or consider portal prerogatives by the large social networks such as Facebook, Google and twitter. The reason that people seem so eager to buy into such arrangement seem clear enough (social acceptance and peer to peer pressures the dynamics which are clearly and easily understood). The problems associated with such arrangements are not so easily discerned because it depends upon motive which too often is easily hidden or design which can be bought out, sold out, or simply changed.

A solution to the abuse of power is simply and eloquently handled and addressed directly by our Constitution by the balance that’s inherent in the internal mechanism of conflict resolution ambitions that resolve ambitions. Beautiful and simply an eloquent solution when exercised within the parameters of its given framework. The abuse occurs when elements are artificially weighted by either deception or design… When certain groups have unlimited access to resources of the state by corruption or bribery.

Sunlight the best disinfectant… This is the most direct and preferred solution provided by the open source community. As it ensures communications that follow community standards that servers the interest and welfare of the greater community. Some have a problem with this approach. Whether patented, copyright, or propriety, the understood motivation is mainly to maintain a competitive advantage which produces profits.

Its the American way and has inspired great innovation along the way but the problem is, in which all may agree, the unfair gain at the expense of progress and duly constituted freedoms. The economic mess that our nation and the world have experienced are, without question the result of unfair competitive advantages through ill-gotten if not illegal gains. Technically by virtue of its construction censorship of the Internet is a tall order but as a practical matter within the legal and social fabric of the real world it can readily be accomplished. That is if you have a populace willing to cede itself to constraints and tolerate censorship. That is why all this business involving Craigslist is such a big deal and you have such sensationalism in news such as the Craigslist Killer. You have thousands of people killed in automobile accidents everyday but no one is advocating abolition of the family automobile. The reason is obvious in that powerful interest view Craigslist as both a threat and a test and if they can change the mind set of the populace to accept even minuscule amounts of censorship for what appears on the surface good reasons then a crack in the dam is forged and then the flood gates are opened to censor the web across the board… All for very good reasons.

The Devils Right Hand

The true threat to humanity are not the Hitlers, the Dahmers, and the Mansons. Those who have a view of reality that twisted–those who have no regard for human life, or even delight in the suffering or death of others–are few and far between. They are outnumbered (and perhaps more importantly, out-gunned) at least a million to one.

No, as disturbing as the occasional psychotic, sadistic murderer is, that is NOT what society needs to worry about. Let’s look at the other column on the score card. The grand total is in the hundreds of millions of human beings tortured and murdered. And who is responsible? Who accomplished atrocities way beyond what the famous mass-murders accomplished?

Average, generally decent human beings, who did the wrong thing BECAUSE SOMEONE IN “AUTHORITY” TOLD THEM TO. They are the Devil’s Right Hand. Remove that blind obedience to imagined “authority”–just getting those people to use their OWN judgment instead of following someone else’s–and you remove 99% of murder from the earth.

It is unbelievable that 20 years ago today thousands (perhaps even higher by some accounts) of Chinese citizens were shot down in the streets in their protests for democracy and freedom… Now for the sake of their 401k Tim Geithner and company go crawling back to Kowtow in fun and frolic dancing upon their knees before our new Chinese masters. “Yes, yes of course we will give up General Motors, our commitment to human rights, our Constitution, and shed any sense of shame… Just please keep buying our debt!” For those of you who may have wondered just where in the world that bridge in New York disappeared to… Well now you know.
Now according to some of the currency experts all is fine in the world as long as there remains a scarcity of those precious dollars.

China is being considerate enough in saying that US is capable of repaying its debts. In his recent trip to China the US Treasury Secretary has tried to assure the Chinese counterparts about US’s capabilities and commitments. When reports last came in it was confirmed by him after meeting top leaders in Beijing.

China has invested nearly $800 billion in U.S. government securities and has been lecturing both in private and public to Washington on its spendthrift fiscal policy. So it came as no surprise that US Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner in his maiden China trip had to deal with some of the heat. In fact only yesterday Chinese students laughed it away as Geithner was trying to reassure a questioner about china’s investments in the US as “very safe.”

However, when the Treasury Secretary met the President and the Prime minister of the nation, the mood was more of an appeasing in nature. Surprisingly the issue was not even discussed when Geithner met President Hu Jinato. Geithner later said that their Chinese counterparts have a sophisticated understanding about the things that were going on and that US is committed to walk back to good times in the finance sector very soon.

It’s wonderful that the Chinese have the money and the freedom to enjoy Twitter and Flickr and thousands of other Web sites. It’s a travesty, though, that in preparation for the Tiananmen Square anniversary, Chinese citizens were blocked from accessing those sites, along with about 6,000 others.

Tiananmen Square itself was closed, Chinese media made no mention of the anniversary, and martial law descended on anyone considered likely to raise a fuss.

This should have been a week when, spurred by the anniversary, the United States was pressing China to increase freedoms. Instead, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner was in that nation trying to reassure the Chinese that their investments, $1.5 trillion in U.S. dollars and the $800 billion in U.S. debt, are safe.

Captains Courageous and Simple Solutions

Simple solutions which are almost impossible to make these days because of the safe and entrenched solid state of the modern Bureaucracy… Like, for example, if we were actually serious about ending the civil war in Mexico all needs to be done is to legalize Marijuana. Simple and effective it would silence the gunfire almost over night… But wait, it would at the same time empty 90% of our jail house population and cut off a very serious cash flow for local courthouses across the country. Then it would place our law enforcement officers in jeopardy because instead of shooting down little potheads (in cold blood) before the eyes of their (Almighty) wife and daughter (and getting the officer of the Year Award, (making all of South Carolina REALLY PROUD)… They might actually have to go after real criminals God forbid.

Even better, lets instead of shooting down the Pirates, lets just bring them here and elect them to congress and let’em run DC Wall Street!(Wait a second think we’ve already been there and done that). God forbid that we actually ARM our seaman with real guns and put a 50 caliber on the aft and stern… Wow the gun control people would go nuts that might even give some wacky county legislature the idea of arming its law abiding citizens and eliminate the need for the nanny police state altogether.

We could simply extend constitutional rights to all who find themselves in the jurisdiction of The United States of America… However some have a different views…

The protections afforded by the Constitution of the United States does not apply to those captured in war against America. Not only that but some of it may need updating through amendments since it was conceived and written in a time when the threats the American government and people face as a day to day reality in modern times could not possibly have been anticipated by its authors. Until those amendements have been enacted, there may be times when the US government is technically in violation of it. That is entirely understandable and acceptable to a practical people such as Americans even if it is incomprehensible to people who have been taught by their culture to live their lives by rigid dogma exclusively.

Perhaps its a bit old for these modern times of shoot’em up spaghetti cowboy logic… But some would say that is the beauty of Constitutional protection for all citizens at all times… Just not as a matter of expediency (of course they did use to hang people for stealing horses… Maybe if we reinstated that noble practice as it applies to some of these modern pirate types that got us into this mess (instead of giving them hundreds of billions… Although it might help make some of the citizenry A BIT MORE CHEERFUL). Yep even a little of that “ridged dogma” (pike a head or two and lop off a couple of hands might give some of these modern pirates a bit of that old time religion… Works for me. But of course that might be only work here in South Carolina where we manage to do everything upside down and backwards. Just a thought or two as for eight long years the people of this nation has had to endure violations to our constitution, in a conjured up illegal war, at the unnecessary expense and cost of blood and treasure. A war which at its base is nothing less than an attack on The Constitution of the Untied States of America. Next time we’re going to have an illegal war why not just attack Canada, beautiful country and the people speak English… At least we would end up with a better deal for our Bill of Rights.

But this is intended to be a note of congratulations for the men and crew of the Maersk Alabama, Captain Phillips, and the United States Navy Seals… Who always do us proud, just some days are much better than others. Not to be perceived, in any manner, disrespecting of our military or merchant sailors rather those who hold the fate of such men in their decisions should be more considered in their prayers.

However when it comes to Fight piracy on the high seas the simple solution simply works best. Shoot first and let the Lords sort these poor souls out in Kingdom come. Amen

The Ides of March have arrived but not yet passed… And so we remain in the mist of one of the most difficult economic periods since the great depression. It was clear we were in trouble as early September. This was what Lucky7Star wrote a full month before these events transpired.

Nice presentation on the Constitution of the United States of America… Too bad its been so violated in the name of preservation of Iraqi freedom. Which seems to be, as much as an attack on American Constitutional freedoms as any Terrorist that they’re likely to find. The only connection so far seems to be Osama bin Laden’s chauffeur driver. Sara Palin and all this? Country First? nonsense asked if we think we should read the Terrorist their rights… Well if might be asking a big favor but maybe its a good idea before you go torturing the poor saps to death. Is it too much to ask for The Constitution first?

As far as the Cern super particle accelerator… Ya know it might be nice to have a little Black Hole to hang around the house (that is of course if you can afford to have your house devoured every nano second or so). Still you all know this IS NOT going to happen because their going to need an extra 4 trillion volts give a take a few hundred billion). We all know to get to the real black hole it takes an infinite amount of money to build a really big Supercollider you’re going to need to start with something like Leman Brother or better yet a Bear Stearn with a ring collar the size of a Fannie Mae and a Freddy Mac then you’ll see what a real Black hole is truly like…

Kinda of makes all that Pagan Dance and AntiChrist nonsense seem rather quaint.

Clear enough but adjustments have been made and tho not altogether in the clear, it appears that we have weathered the worst… It appears there maybe some more difficult days ahead, unrest in some of the third world nations will require attention. However as long as we pay attention to our Constitution, everything should be alright. Looks like from the interview on 60 Minutes that the Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke was the right man for the job at the right time… Just in time.

The Sweetheart Deal of the Century The Central Bank of Graft, Corruption, and Toxic Assets (Don’t we already have The Central Bank of The Federal Reserve???) Duplicity and duplication down to a fine art in that DC town.

It could work this time… Its just kinda of hard to understand how they can find the money (Say 50 million to build a school but they can’t seem to come up with 50 thousand to pay a few teachers… Has anyone thought this thing through????) I really don’t think so. They said they had the answer for the last 700 billion… Does anyone have a clue where THAT money went? Didn’t think so but I’ve got a good idea.

Ever wonder why they did not impeach GeeW… Simple fact, they are all in on it. But this time “They’ve got it right”… Ya know they used to hang people for stealing horses. Still, the ones who drove this economy into the ground are expected to pull Joe Blow the US taxpayer out of the ditch.

But if you were to take a teaspoon of dirt for ever thousand dollars spent “saving” the taxpayer you would end up with a really big hole in the ground, and for those who dug it… I think they should have to just jump in it!

Just jump… It’s not really as deep as looks Or maybe just stop digging.

This might not be the most scientific approach but no one really noticed anything was wrong with the economy until the cost of petroleum sky rocketed out of site… Then everything started to head for hell in a hand basket. Now the sub prime is listed as the main issue but in the pit of ones gut the real pain still came from the pump. Once you have the government involved with banking you have the makings for all manner of mischief and with all the fat cats leaving Wall Street for parts of undisclosed swiss bank accounts (If the NYT story is true). Then maybe they have successfully pull off one of the greatest bank heist in history.

Look the REAL Industrial economy of this nation is in Detroit despite what these billion dollar banker babes would have us believe. People are still going to buy American trucks and SUV as long as gas is reasonable. The fact remains the magic number for gas is around $2.00 a gallon because that is the market price of Compressed Natural Gas. They have us on their program and they(the oil interest) intend to keep us there. That is of course unless we follow our own plan of action to wing this nation off of foreign oil.

As this is written the price of oil is down and the markets off again in the Pacific realm. There looks to be a major incident with Syria which could only advance the interest of the present administration’s war agenda. The election cannot come soon enough, that is of course provided they’re not canceled because of a national emergency. This has been the Administration rule by crisis mode since almost day one… No reason for them to change now.

The bright spot of this “consumer lead recession” will loose its legs as gas prices move down… Not that some water was needed to splash on the fire but the markets will resume refreshed from this cold shower. A sound energy policy by this country will do more than any bank intervention to move the markets into a more prosperous and sustainable level. If its true that consumers vote their pocketbooks then this election is already over

Earth Day Blues
There has been a wellspring of visceral contempt for those who express even a meager concern for protecting the environment by those who seem to have an agenda engraved upon its destruction. Looking over some of the distraction such as culprits that spring from wetlands, one is hard pressed to think of any greater danger to our planet than the works from the likes of “Walter Williams” and the poison that flows from the pen of Cal Thomas. 


Walter Williams laments over the gloom and doom of Earth Day with some of its more dire forecast involving climate changes (among other things)… 


Really, since the “Earth Day” warning was published in Psychic News Network (4/22/08) perhaps a 150 thousand people (or more) have perished from earthquakes, storms, and volcanic eruptions that have a direct link to climate change. This IS not the loony fringe or attack of the killer tomatoes… (Though not as listed as diatribe from a more genteel flower power era). These are the cumulative consciences of hard cold facts come to roost concerning the implications of climate change as backed by 95% of the scientific community that currently resides upon this small planet. If this is not gloomy enough for you Walter my friend, stay tuned you’ve not seen nothing yet. Volcanic activity reports a sharp increase from around the world… as also major increase in earthquake frequency, magnitude and intensity. 
Cal Thomas is giving John McCain some politically risky advice on the issue of what he calls the (But if you would like to address the issue properly and armed with some honest facts, please do click on) “Climate Cult”… The only problem with all Cults is that they can only exist in the state of denial and control… Which is, by the way, the state most favored (aside from the obvious Police State we have all had to endure since 9/11) by this ship of state that seems hell bent on driving this nation and planet over the edge with their misguided rockets and sugar plum dreams of world domination and global conquest… A ship of fools that hardly seems worth the trouble of saving. Problem is we’re all in this same sad boat at the moment and the only rescue ship available will be the one we build ourselves.

As we watch the Polar Ice Caps melt and the sea levels rising, we continue to read articles and listen to the news about Global Warming and somehow think it isn’t as bad as everyone makes it out to be, because it’s just the News Media, who makes everything out to be worse than it really is.  Unfortunately, the News Media DOES NOT make it DRAMATIC Enough.  If they would spend more time on the disastrous effects Global Warming is having on this planet Right this Minute, and a whole lot less time babbling, speculating and bantering on the candidates running for President in United States, things could change. Fortunately the News Media has the power to influence the masses of people on this planet, unfortunately they have become nothing more that a self interest group making and breaking people across this Planet as they deem fit.
This Planet has given us all we need to make it function properly.  There is an abundance of Energy on this planet and throughout the Universe that spins in Cycles.  History and technology have proven these spinning cycles throughout the Universe and on this planet itself, yet we seem to be ignoring the fact that our ice caps seem to be breaking up and as they melt and move through the seas, water will begin to rise along coastal lines across the planet.  Seers such as Edgar Cayce warned this planet of the rising waters back in 1941.  It wasn’t taken seriously by any Government on this planet and we are now seeing the effect of melting ice caps and rising water.
Have you ever wondered why the Universes are round, our solar system is round, our planets are round and if you ever saw a full rainbow it is round. We would not have cloth today with out the spinning windmill that converted raw fiber into cloth.  All of these things spin and are created out of the pull of magnetic energy.  Ancient tribes built monuments immolating the importance of this figure and the energy it creates.
Is it to late to change this progression of global warming on Earth, possibly, however, “WE”, all people on this planet can slow it down by reducing green house gas and implementing solar, wind, and water (in a Hydrogen mixture) that creates ionization producing water vapor instead of carbon monoxide. Planting shrubs, grass and trees helps to eliminate a lot of carbon monoxide from our air.  At least we can prolong and possibly prevent millions of lives and lands of being lost as water levels begin to rise in a magnitude portion flooding much of the Earth.
In the mean time, it’s time the News Media takes some responsibility on helping to educate the masses across the planet and leaders in every Country need to take immediate action in helping to control Global Warming.

You would think but then think again because most of us already are “psychic” to the extent that most can and have seen the future as the culmination of facts compose of circumstance so that becomes “Self-evident”.

Sharrat did make some $7 million from viewers willing to pony up a $14.95 pay-per-view fee. That kind of luck encouraged Sharrat to try again. Last night, psychics gathered at John Lennon’s favorite New York restaurant (Dakota & Cafe La Fortuna) in an attempt to reach out to the former Beatle, as cameras focused on the Strawberry Fields memorial in Manhattan’s Central Park and other Lennon sites.

Senator John McCain was at Spartanburg’s Beacon Drive-in yesterday to enjoy one of the World Famous Chile Cheese Burgers and to discuss his position on the war and number of issues that the partisan conservative crowd was interested to discuss… Oddly enough he did not draw a crowd any larger than Congressman and Presidential hopeful Ron Paul… And in a manner  he may have fared worse because he did little to change the minds of those who  felt betrayed that he had flipped flopped on the Confederate flag issue yet held firm on the war.  He made no comment on the issue of global warming (Though much of England is experiencing its worst flooding in modern history).  And gave no explanation as to why we are losing the war on terrorism.



MPs warn over air security checks

Heightened security checks at airports could create a potential new target for terrorists, MPs have warned.

A report by the Commons transport select committee said queues of hundreds of passengers in cramped spaces could become a security hazard.
The committee recommended that reducing queues at security and speeding up check-in times should be a priority.
The Department for Transport (DfT) said baggage security rules introduced last August met “a very real threat”.

The reasons why we are losing the war on terror are clear to all but the most menial of minds… The administration has lost popular support on all fronts because of ham fisted half measures  and a policy enforced upon the flying public by an army of minions.
One would not venture to say how airport security has affected the flying public in the UK… (I dare say that, at least in the UK, only the cream of the crop is selected for security services).  But here in the US flying has become a nightmare to the public.  We find that an army of the mentally challenged have taken station over our most important municipal centers (our airports) in addition the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is  compiling secret databases on the flying public despite repeated warnings by the United States Congress to stop in this illegal action. The ones who are in charge of operations have little more than a high school diploma and some even have criminal records.  They make a mockery to all who are associated with security services and become a hazard to the flying public more than any terrorist possibly could, and are loath and despised by any who must endure fools…
 
Those who’s duty its is to secure areas such as Iraq and Afghanistan must know that the incompetent actions of those few left in charge of our most important urban security assets are a direct reflection upon public sentiment on our war effort abroad.  The TSA has been a catastrophe of Hurricane Katrina proportions and should be disbanded immediately if our foreign policy efforts are to enjoy any measure of success.  It is obvious to any who understands the workings of a modern democracy that a war effort will NEVER succeed unless it maintains the popular support of the people (at least in the government houses). As to the war on terror, the TSA remains the terrorist greatest ally more than even Osama Bin Laden.   The only prudent move is to abolish the TSA as soon as funding expires.
